Wherein SS Kuruganti Blogs About Vegetarian Recipes She Has Tried, Tested, And/Or Modified
This here be the roundup of my culinary experiments with various vegetarian recipes. The images in each post were taken by me (a complete amateur), and the recipes were all adapted from what I found off the internet. Where I’ve used the recipe as is, I have linked to the original.
If I’ve used your recipe without crediting, feel free to drop a comment and let me know, and I shall correct it as soon as I can.
Recipes that are cultural heritage – such as South Indian or Telugu dishes – need no credit, I think. They belong to everyone.
Other recipes that are passed down through the family belong to me, or my mother, aunts or grandmother. Use them as you wish, but please credit – no royalties, just a link back and a comment letting me know how it turned out, because I’d love to know!
Vegetarian recipes for soups from scratch. Lots of soups. And things to go with them, like cheese momos, crunchy paneer bites, baked french fries, etc. Also includes muffins, jams, and the assorted snack or relish that would not be categorised anywhere else.
This page is my round up of dishes you can use for your main course, both Continental and Indian. Mostly featuring sizzlers, burgers, pastas, quiches, and the occasional dosa – because I have a love for Continental food and don’t blog much about everyday, Indian food.
My Experiments with the (Sweet) Tooth. Some of these are eggless. All of them are sweet. What can I say? I’ve always loved sweet things. Here you’ll find recipes for the famous aeroplane cake, eggless chocolate mousse, pie, red velvet rosebuds cupcakes, drunken cherry cake, as well as my failures with ice cream, and experiments with cake frosting.
